Hatteras Sky is a commercial real estate firm focused on multifamily and hospitality development in dynamic American markets with good fundamentals. In addition to ground-up new construction developments, we renovate, restore, and reactivate our historic buildings. Our Portfolio
Hatteras Sky’s portfolio spans the United States. Our multifamily portfolio includes several active ground-up mid-rise assets in and around Seattle and Lynnwood, Washington, and a ground-up high-rise project in Phoenix, Arizona.
Our hospitality assets include a Marriott Autograph adaptive re-use development in Salt Lake City, Utah, a hotel portfolio in partnership with the Zelda and F. Scott Fitzgerald Estate in Asheville, North Carolina, and independent hospitality developments in and around Asheville, North Carolina.
