The Radical and Zelda Dearest, which both debuted in October 2023 as Hatteras Sky’s first hotel’s in Asheville, North Carolina, have each been awarded a Best of WNC 2024 Award from Mountain Xpress. The Roof at The Radical, the hotel’s rooftop bar overlooking the French Broad River, was also named a winner in the Best Hotel Bar Category.
- First Place – Best Boutique Hotel in Western North Carolina, Zelda Dearest
- Second Place – Best Hotel, The Radical
- Second Place – Best Hotel Bar, The Roof at The Radical
