Headquartered in Atlanta, Hatteras Sky is currently involved with 12 projects within their $780 million+ Opportunity Zone portfolio in Seattle, Phoenix, Salt Lake City and Asheville..

Rosoff steps into the roll with more than 30 years of experience working in asset management and distribution. Prior to joining the real estate development firm, Rosoff held several sales and management positions at premier asset management firms including Allianz/Pimco, where he served as the National Sales Manager for the Independent Broker Dealer Channel, and Eaton Vance where we spent 10 years. Rosoff also brings a successful record of achievement in investment sales and marketing, strategic and financial planning and key account relationships to the firm. With a B.S. degree in finance from Northeastern University, Rosoff currently holds his series 6, 7, 24, 63 and 65 licenses.
At Hatteras Sky, Rosoff leads the capital markets initiatives for the Broker Dealer community, including the marketing and distribution of all products.

Hatteras Sky’s Union Station Opportunity Zone Fund is available to investors who qualify as accredited investors and offers opportunity zone tax benefits. Those benefits include a deferral of capital gains tax until 2026, a discount on that tax and the elimination of all tax on appreciation earned by the fund.
