OUR HISTORY

Hatteras Sky is a real estate development and fund sponsorship firm offering diverse and unique opportunities to invest in commercial real estate. Our firm specializes in Opportunity Zone, Affordable, and Historic real estate opportunities with specific focus on multi-family and hospitality assets. At Hatteras Sky, we aim to create structures and communities that will be both beautiful and strong for generations.

Founded by Jason Cordon, a North Carolina native, our company name and logo are reflective of the Cape Hatteras lighthouse. Originally constructed in 1794, the lighthouse protects one of the most hazardous sections of the Atlantic Coast while at the same time providing a place for locals and guests alike to make memories and feel inspired. We aim to do the same for our investors.
